Main characters of waste tyre pyrolysis plants:

1. Heating system

The description for Tyre pyrolysis process :

Pyrolysis is thermochemical disposal process for converting organic material at higher temperature in the presence of nitrogen and using adsorptions like methylene blue, phenol etc.

The process requires temperatures spanning over between 400 and 750 ºC for normal process as well as up to 800 ºC.

Our new series of pyrolysis plant employs three steps of cooling system, but now we incorporate four to six meters big horizontal condensers, and two vertical condensers in the plant to ensure the better quality and higher yield of oil.

Carbon black can be changed to pellets through using our carbon black processing device, one can sell carbon black pellets for manufacturing pipes and other plastic or rubber products. It is very profitable venture.
